Children under 5 stay free.
Children over the age of 15 are charged as adults.

Check In / Check Out

You may check in from 11:00 hours onwards.
You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

Bookings must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your arrival date.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 3 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged

sorry no pets allowed, credit card is required as guarantee if booking is not cancelled outside the cancellation notice the card will be charged the full amount of the booking. A deposit of 20% of the total booking will be taken this is not refunded on cancellation. sorry no smoking allowed in the hotel or bedrooms. Rooms must be departed by 10a.m.

Good House keeping Policy

Each room will be checked prior to your departure.
If any damage is found you will be charged a fee relevant to the damage caused at this time.
Any lost keys will incur a charge of £10.00 per set of keys.
